include Sales Planning, Sales, Dealer appointments, Payment cycle planning, conducting payment follow-ups, maintaining healthy market credit cycle, accounts reconciliation/clarification support to Sales leadership, traveling to field locations in-station & out-station (conveyance will be provided as per Grade of the employee), conducting field days / field feedback collection programs, customer relationship management, reports preparation for leadership review, and coordination across multiple levels of staff grades (juniors & seniors).
Your past performance records, Fields activity proofs, any references, farmer contact groups currently engaged, knowledge of credit management with dealers, computer skills etc., will be validated across multiple rounds of interviews.
Minimum Qualification : Bachelor’s degree, ( preferable B.Sc.Ag / M.Sc.Ag / B. Tech. Ag )
Intermediate to expert knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Power point mandatory
4 plus years of sales experience – (pls bring reports of past performance, dealer contacts)
Bio Organic Fertilizer industry & pesticide Sales life cycle complete knowledge (will be tested during interview)
